Give me strength
Tonight at bedtime I have to give Billy the first round of antibiotic eardrops for an infection he's been fighting for the last few days. I really really hope this goes well. That he lays still for long enough for them to do their work. That they work quickly. The pain for him seems to come and go, most of the time he's fine, but of course in the middle of the day at school it got bad so I had to pick him up and then during the night seems to be the worst so none of us sleep well. I'm tired. I guess I should be grateful that he's almost 6 and this is our first time dealing with an ear infection. Not fun. Hard seeing him in pain and not being able to do much to help :(
