Jeep reminds us of its 4x4's patriotic roots in Super Bowl ad

Fraser Island - The largest sand island in the world was where we headed a couple of days ago. Into an area with no mobile reception or wifi, out of contact!  After a long safety briefing on the 4x4's and eventually finding out that i could't drive as you need 1 years driving experience (not something they advertise on the brochure) we set off. There were 8 of us in total in the car. It consisted of 5 very patriotic, loud, drunken Irishmen and women (for the most part), a welshman, a Brit and myself. This felt like a very volatile situation..

In the end, everyone put history behind them and had a good laugh. Over the 3 days we visited the island and its precious, hidden freshwater lakes and beaches fighting off Dingos (wild dogs) in the process. We stayed in a campsite over the 2 nights and were given rations for all meals. Luckily however, we had a chef on our team who had cooked with the likes of Gordon Ramsey, so food was not a problem. We looked on as the other groups trembled with envy. The nights were ruled by the Irish who made us all play drinking games early into the morning. It was all good fun though.
