Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour. 2 cups ice cream any flavor, softened. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips optional.

Put the muffins in an oven that has already been heated for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle of one comes out with a few moist crumbs on it.
