#45 acp

Some pics we took at the shooting range this morning with my brother. Yes my hair is very thick that’s why there is this “flouf” effect with the headset, I usually wear a beanie to make them look flat.

I would have loved to show you the result on the target but we left sooner than we though because of a total prick so we forgot to mark which hits were to me or my brother.

STORY TIME !

You see usually we go to the shooting range during the week because no one is here and when no one is here there are less risks of assholes being here.

This time, people were here but we though it would be okay since it’s been a while since I haven’t shoot.

One of guys directing the range always said that you should always have your gun with you no matter what, you never know what kind of nutjob can come in and wreck havoc so you need to be able to protect yourself. 

So when we went to the target to see if we had any good huts then came back, some guy in low quality combat fatigues came in with his son to the section we were in ( there’s multiple sections : handguns/revolvers ; rifles, etc... ) and start spiting his venom on us how we could have shot him and how dangerous it was. ( Because everyone knows that a pistol with the safety on in a holster without any mag or bullet in the chamber is what you should be afraid of ) 

Then he unload his stuff on the other side of the section, far from us, avoiding us like the plague. We ask him if he want to go to the targets and he act like he doesn’t hear us yet talk to his son. When he goes to the targets he pass by us and give me this “I’m superior” kind of look ( If you’re in your 50s and you need to act tough and superior in front of a 21 year old guy then that’s pretty sad man )

We do not pay attention to him, we shoot with our 45 ACP, taking our time to aim, shoot and relax ( because we like going shooting, it’s like releasing pressure and letting it go, like someone playing video games or going to the gym ) but this dude on the other side goes on acting tough in front of his zombie looking son and says “This is a true man’s gun” and empty his mags the fastest as he can.

When we finally decided to leave because we can’t enjoy our time here with people like this, he said to his son in a tone loud enough so we could hear “See ? better than the other one.” So as we were passing by him to get our car I thought it was time to take down his pride and leave in in complete shambles just to embarass him in front of his son.

So as soon as he finished chuckling I stopped next to him and said “You know it’s funny how you need to establish how that’s a “True man gun” to make you feel better about yourself and in front of your son for something you might be lacking. Besides, if that was a “True man gun” it shouldn’t blow his load faster than anyone else right ? Have a good day.”

It’s exactly when you see him getting totally red in anger and trying to maintain it not to go apeshit and insult you while you smile and turn around to leave while restraining yourself from laughing that in your head you go “Got’cha bitch !”
