IT'S SHOWING 👉🏽 • being disciplined about taking better care of myself is showing itself in the health of my skin, my energy, and my mood. It's getting easier to focus on myself every day that I am doing my 30 day roller challenge. It's not just the physical aspect of spending 5 minutes using the roller, but the discipline and routine it encourages. It makes me think about the holistic aspect of caring for myself... eating well, exercising, getting enough sleep, reading more, hydrating more, and digital detoxing more.
