Another Master High In Trial for Poppy on Friday! There were two trials running concurrently, and we only got into one so it was just the Interior and Exterior elements. Poppy was the only dog out of 10 to qualify in those searches. She’s a very good girl. She finished her Masters Exterior Elite title yesterday too! She did that in 13 searches, which is a ridiculous 76% qualifying rate, the average for Master Exterior is 46% q rate. I NQd us in interior yesterday by talking her into fringing. The hide was in the drawer of a desk and she found it and then I kept asking her to search and she alerted on the backside of the desk. If I’d thought about I’d have realized it was just the scent coming out that side. 🤷♀️ Poppy is amazing and I hope they have Scentwork Nationals on the west coast in the next couple years because she is really that fucking talented. 🥰
