This playful show focuses on finding the inner child that takes us back to our times of innocence, to a time when there was always laughter and imagination, when life was carefree and joyous. Growing up is natural and inevitable occurrence, we are all merely older children with serious responsibilities, yet we mustn't forget to always nurture the little kid in us all. Willorna Mendiola is a self taught artist. Her work is inspired by nature, motherhood, and the freedom of childhood. The hopes in her art is to encourage visual stimulation of calmness and healing through natural creativity. Maribel, aka Patchouli Nomad, uses her creative imagination to bring her characters to life. She always tries to be as resourceful as possible by using whatever materials available so as to not cause unnecessary waste.
