Color print test #3: Loop sprue. This is several pieces bound by a single loop of plastic, sort of like a keychain. This allowed me to put a variety of colored parts on one loop (shown in white). These are all hollow sleeves and the fit was much tighter than the polyamide parts that many of you have seen. But as you can see the surface is much closer to ‘normal’ toy plastic. This approach shows a lot of promise. I don’t normally sell parts on a loop, but the approach helps me to create small batches to make each pet more affordable.
