Making deliveries
-This is my 2p!Hetalia headcannons, it may be diffferent from others-
A muscular tan skinned man with red eyes walks down the street with a bag full of cookies, pastries and other goodies from his dadās shops, but he wont get to eat any. Not right now. Thereās customers waiting for these treats. He doesnāt always make deliveries, but these are for specific people who canāt just come to the bakery.
The first stop is simple, down the road and up a dirt path into the woods stands a small cabin. Thereās a jeep parked next to the building and a variety of animal parts that Al would rather ignore. He knocks on the door and a familiar tired looking blond answers. He lets Al in for a bit and yawns as the extra long piece of hair not pulled back into his ponytail bounces slightly. āAre you late or something?ā Al chuckles. āNo Iām on time, I think you probably didnāt sleep last night.ā Matt nods and sits down. āMaybe, the animals were restless last night. I had to go patrolling late.ā Al sets a cup of coffee and some doughnuts in front of him. Matt gladly takes them and starts eating. āIāll let Dad know, heāll bring you something to eat tonight so you donāt forget to eat tonight.ā āSounds good, Iāll leave a key out for him. In case I fall asleep before he gets here.ā Al nods as he puts his delivery bag back on. āAlright. I got some more deliveries. Make sure to clean up at some point.ā Matt nods slightly apparently already starting to fall asleep as Al leaves. As Al walks he sees some birds keeping an eye on him and nods to them before continuing down the road. He passes a few houses before he reaches a rather large house with a well maintained garden surrounding the building. He stares at the early spring blooms as he walks up to the door and rings the bell. It takes awhile and just as Al is considering ringing the bell again an irritated looking Italian opens the door glaring at him. Al moves his bag slightly. āBatch of cannoliās and an espresso.ā āFinally youāre here, I swear did you crawl here.ā Al sets the bag down on a porch table and pulls out the delivery. He hands it to Luciano and sighs. āListen you know good and well that I didnāt crawl here. Iām not even a real delivery boy so just be glad you didnāt have to go pick it up yourself.ā Luciano grumbles and takes his order. Slamming the door on Alās face without another word. Al shakes his head and walks back to the street. This time he makes his way to a shopping district looking for a shop with very distinct clothing in the window. He walks in and a little bell chiming summons a peppy blond Italian. āOh Al you made it. Dear can you bring this to Artie for me?ā He hands Al a bag with what appears to be a new frilly apron, or maybe a dress. Al nods. āYa Iāll give it to him when I get back. For now I got your quiche.ā Al sets his bag on a counter away from the clothes and pulls out a little box which Flavio has him put behind the register. āOh thank you, I had no time today to make lunch. Tell your Dad I appreciate him.ā Flavio hands Al some cash and gently pushes him out the door with his bags. Al walks toward some apartments and rings the bell for one of the apartments. He ends up ringing the bell three more times before a gruff voice finally answers.
āYa what is it?ā Al chuckles and clears his throat. āGot your delivery here.ā Thereās a pause before the noise rings letting Al enter the building. Al goes up the stairs to the apartment and knocks. A blond german in ratty sweats and a tank top opens the door. Al pulls out a baked sandwich and can of beer. āYou fell asleep after you ordered?ā Lutz takes the food and nods. āNot much else to do. Donāt tell your Dad, heāll act like I need help again.ā āYa sure whatever. See you next time.ā Al leaves and heads down to his last delivery. He walks toward a large, dark, unkept mansion. If Al really thought about it he could imagine that lightning was cracking overhead. He walks up the stairs and knocks on the door. A guy with shoulder length brown hair and a scar on his face opens the door. Al holds up a large box. āI got a honey cake for Vicktor.ā Toris sighs and takes the box. āHeās hiding in his room. Guess Iāll bring it up to him. Got anything else for us?ā Al shakes his head and shows the empty bag. āNo extras today. Maybe order something next time you got the munchies.ā Toris scrunches his nose and looks away from Al as if scanning the surroundings. āI aint got munchies, just no food in the house right now. Whatever, guess Iāll go shopping later.ā The door closes and Al walks back to the bakery. When he gets there his Dad, the pink and blue blur of an English man who runs this bakery comes up to him. āOh Al how did your deliveries go?ā Al chuckles. āJust fine dad, Mattās gonna need dinner and Flavio sent along a present for you.ā Al hands over the bag he got from Flavio and Artie takes it. āOh this is lovely. Iāll have to thank him later. Why donāt you sit down and Iāll get you lunch.ā āYa alright.ā Al sits at a nearby table and leans back glad to be done running around.
