[Day 4 of Intramurals: A Celebration of Beauty, Talent, and Sportsmanship]

On Day 4 of our school's Intramurals marked the beginning of the much-anticipated pageant. Each team, namely the Legendary Lions, Vicious Vipers, Silver Stallions, and Fearless Falcons, presented two representatives, a male and a female, who were the epitome of beauty, grace, and confidence.

The stage was set, the LED screen casting a vibrant glow, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. The candidates, looking gorgeous and handsome, first appeared in their sport attire. Their outfits, perfectly tailored, reflected their individual personalities and the spirit of their respective teams.

The pageant was interspersed with the Sayaw Awitan performances. The Silver Stallions led the way, their performance setting the bar high. The Fearless Falcons followed, their act, a heartfelt story about a boy who lost his mother, was a beautiful blend of acting, singing, and dancing. The emotions conveyed through their performance resonated with the audience, making it a memorable act.

The Vicious Vipers were the last to perform, but their performance was worth the wait. Their emotional delivery and the passion with which they sang received a standing ovation, a testament to their talent and hard work.

The moment everyone had been waiting for finally arrived - the announcement of the winners of Mr. and Ms. Pasiklaban 2024. The third runner-up titles were awarded to the representatives from Fearless Falcons, their achievements met with cheers from their teammates. The second runner-up titles went to my classmates from the Legendary Lions. Their success filled me with pride and joy.

The first runner-up for Mr. Pasiklaban was from Silver Stallions, while the coveted title of Mr. Pasiklaban was bagged by the representative from Vicious Vipers. The excitement continued as the winners for Ms. Pasiklaban were announced. The first runner-up was from Vicious Vipers, and the title of Ms. Pasiklaban was awarded to the representative from Silver Stallions.

The fourth day of our Intramurals was a celebration of beauty, talent, and sportsmanship. It was a day that showcased the diverse talents of our students and brought us all together in celebration and friendly competition. As we look back on this day, we are reminded of the spirit of our Intramurals - a spirit of unity, talent, and camaraderie, and we look forward to carrying this spirit into the days to come.

[DAY 5 " Today marks the final day of our intramurals, also known as "Pasiklaban 2024".]

 Finally, the event was coming to an end. I woke up that day feeling a sense of joy and relief, yet there was a hint of sadness as well. Despite being exhausted, I was going to miss the excitement. However, if they had included Saturday and Sunday in the events, I would have definitely echoed Kathryn Bernardo's line, "Pagod na pagod na pagod na ako" charot.

I arrived at school later than usual as I had a headache from lack of sleep. I had only slept for 3 hours as I returned home at 11 pm after watching the pageant. As a member of the SSG, we had been given the option to leave early, but we chose to stay and support our classmate and friend who was participating in the Mr. and Ms. Pasiklaban.

Fast forward to the awarding moments. The ceremony was supposed to start at 2 pm, but due to some personal issues, we were delayed. However, we managed to keep the students entertained by offering free shout-outs to the students.

Certificates were ready, and everyone gathered on the bleachers. Our emcee, Sir Migs, began the ceremony. The winners of the solo dramatic singing and duet dramatic singing were from the Legendary Lions, and they truly deserved the win. I felt a pang of disappointment for my friend Hazel who didn't win, but I knew that there were better things in store for her in the future.

In the hip-hop dance category, the first runner up was the Legendary Lions and the winners were from the Fearless Falcons. Their performance was truly impressive. The winners of the various ball games were also announced, but I can't recall all of them.

Finally, it was time to announce the overall champion. The Silver Stallions were in 4th place, and the Vicious Vipers were in 3rd place. The two last teams standing were the Legendary Lions and the Fearless Falcons, with only 20 points between them. Sir Migs announced the 2nd place team, the Legendary Lions, and the overall champion of Pasiklaban 2024 was the Fearless Falcons. The Falcons erupted in celebration, and we too joined in the joy, not just for the victory but for the successful conclusion of the event.

The end of the event brought tears to the eyes of my fellow SSG officers. I held back my tears for a few minutes, but eventually, I too was crying. The Pasiklaban 2024 had officially ended, and it was a resounding success that brought enjoyment to the student journey.

As we come to the end of this remarkable event, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible impact it has had on my personal journey and one that has taught me valuable lessons, pushed me beyond my limits, and inspired me to strive for greatness.'

[Day 2 - MY FACI DAY OF PASIKLABAN]

Ang dalawang araw ng aming Intramurals ay naging espesyal para sa akin bilang isang SSG officer. Ako ay itinalaga na maging facilitator ng laro ng table tennis. Sa araw na iyon, maaga akong nagising dahil ang call time namin ay 5 AM. Sa aming group chat, napagkasunduan namin na mas maaga kami dapat dumating kaysa sa ibang mga estudyante.

Dumating ako sa paaralan ng 5:35 AM, akala ko'y huli na ako. Ngunit, ako pala ang unang dumating sa school. Ang iba kong kasamahan sa SSG ay dumating ng 6-7 AM, Filipino time talaga! Kahit medyo nalungkot ako sa una, hindi ko hahayaan na maapektuhan ang aking responsibilidad bilang facilitator.

Kasama ko si Ate Winzlet sa pag-facilitate ng table tennis na ginanap sa DC Building, 4th floor. Kasama rin namin ang isang BPED student. Ako ang naging scorer, si Ate Winzlet ang nagsulat sa scoresheet, at ang BPED student ang naging referee.

Ang final game ay naging labanan ng Fearless Falcons at Vicious Vipers. Ang intense ng laro dahil palaging nag-tie ang score nila. Dahil dito, nagkaroon ng raise to 2, 12, 14, 16, hanggang 18. Sa huli, nanalo ang Fearless Falcons at nagkaroon ng playoff. Sa playoff, muli nanalong Fearless Falcons.

Nakakaproud ang araw na iyon dahil matagumpay na natapos ang laro ng table tennis. Pagkatapos nito, nagtungo na ako sa gym para tumulong sa iba pang gawain tulad ng pagiging line men sa volleyball at scorer sa basketball.

Ang araw na iyon ay hindi lamang tungkol sa kompetisyon, kundi pati na rin sa teamwork, responsibilidad, at dedikasyon bilang isang SSG officer. Sa kabila ng mga pagsubok, nagpatuloy ako at ginawa ang aking tungkulin ng may puso at dedikasyon.

[Day 3 OF PASIKLABAN 2024]

The basketball court was buzzing with energy as tChe day kicked off. The players, each representing their respective teams, were not just playing a game; they were embodying the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience. The dribbling of the ball, the strategic passes, and the triumphant swoosh of the ball through the net, all echoed the essence of basketball - a game where every player, no matter their role, is crucial to the team's success.

The matches were intense, with each team giving their all, displaying impressive offensive and defensive strategies. The cheers from the spectators filled the air, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. Every shot, every point scored, was a testament to the countless hours of practice and the unyielding determination of the players.

Meanwhile, the volleyball court was a spectacle of its own. The players showcased their agility and precision, with powerful serves, strategic sets, and spectacular spikes. The game was a thrilling display of teamwork and coordination, where communication was just as important as physical skill.

Each set was a roller coaster of emotions, with teams battling for the lead, celebrating every point won, and picking themselves up after every point lost. The spectators watched in awe, cheering for their teams, their voices becoming an integral part of the game's rhythm.

Day 3 of our Intrams was not just about the games played; it was about the spirit of sportsmanship, the camaraderie among players, and the unity among the spectators. It was a celebration of our school community, our shared passion for sports, and our collective pride in our teams. As we look forward to the next days of Intrams, we carry with us the excitement and lessons from the basketball and volleyball matches, reminding us that in sports, as in life, it's not just about winning but also about playing the game with heart and unity.

The Silver Stallions gallop into every competition with grace and speed. They are known for their agility, their strategic thinking, and their ability to adapt to any situation. Their performances are a testament to their hard work and dedication. They embody the spirit of sportsmanship, always competing with integrity and respect for their opponents.

The Vicious Vipers strike with precision and skill. They are known for their meticulous preparation and their ability to seize opportunities. Their performances are always a spectacle, filled with energy and passion. They are a testament to the power of determination and the will to succeed, always pushing themselves to achieve their best.

The Fearless Falcons soar into every competition with confidence and resilience. They are known for their unwavering spirit, their ability to rise above challenges, and their commitment to their team. Their performances are a display of their talent and dedication, always leaving the audience in awe. They embody the spirit of resilience, always ready to spread their wings and rise, no matter the odds.

Each of these teams, with their unique strengths and qualities, contribute to the spirit of Pasiklaban. They remind us that competition is not just about winning, but about teamwork, resilience, and the joy of participation. They are the heart of our Intramurals, their performances and spirit adding to the excitement and unity of this cherished school event.

Arriving at the school, the oval was still silent and empty, a stark contrast to the bustling energy it would soon be filled with. As an SSG officer, it was my task to facilitate the students' arrival and participation in the day's events. As the sun began to rise, the students started to pour in, their excitement palpable. Despite the early hour and the responsibility on my shoulders, seeing their eager faces, ready to kick off the Intramurals, filled me with a sense of pride and purpose. This was what being an SSG officer/SSG core member was all about - creating an environment where every student could participate, enjoy, and make lasting memories.

The first day of our Intramurals, fondly referred to as 'Pasiklaban,' was nothing short of a grand spectacle. It was a day filled with energy, talent, and a sense of community that left a lasting impression on everyone present.

The day kicked off with a vibrant street cheering competition. Students paraded around the oval to the GFI, their colorful costumes and enthusiastic cheers filling the air with an infectious spirit of camaraderie and competition. The street cheering set the tone for the day, reminding us all that the Intramurals was not just about sports, but also about unity, creativity, and school spirit.

The program began with an electrifying hip-hop dance performance. The Fearless Falcons took to the stage, their synchronized moves and infectious energy captivating everyone present. Despite not having a trainer, their performance was nothing short of professional, a testament to their talent and dedication. Following them were the Legendary Lions, who matched the Falcons in energy and skill, their performance equally impressive and entertaining.

The afternoon was dedicated to the solo dramatic singing competition. Among the participants was a friend of mine, who took to the stage with a confidence and talent that left everyone in awe. Her rendition of the song, hitting every high note with perfection, was a highlight of the day. The applause she received was well-deserved, and it was a proud moment for all of us who knew her.

The duet dramatic singing followed, filling the afternoon with beautiful harmonies and heartfelt performances. The rhythm, the coordination, and the effort put in by the participants were commendable. It felt like we were watching a concert on TV, the performances were that good. The audience enjoyed every bit of it, their cheers and applause adding to the exhilarating atmosphere.

The first day of our Intramurals was a resounding success. It was a day that showcased the diverse talents of our high school students, a day that brought us all together in celebration and friendly competition. The performances, the cheering, the sense of community - it was a day that left us all amazed and looking forward to

DAY 5 January 19, 2024 The ball games are still in progress on the fifth day of Intramurals, which is also the last day and the day of awarding. The game was intense, and the legendary lions won the game of volleyball men. After lunch, the setup for the afternoon award presentation followed. As we waited for the awards ceremony to begin, we were overjoyed to hear all of the students from our school give shout-outs. Every team was excited to hear the winners of the games and other competitions as the awards ceremony got started. Many students received certificates indicating their standings in games, dancing competitions, and singing competitions. I also received my certificate for placing third in a scrabble game. Following the giving of awards, the winners of the hip-hop and solo singing competitions presented their amazing talents. After the individual and each team awards the overall champion was announced, we felt honored for both our teams and ourselves because our hard work had already paid off. We took images, In order to remember the feeling of happiness we experienced on intramurals day. 

DAY 4 January 18, 2024 The fourth intramural day proved to be unstoppable despite of the bad weather. It was the championship day of intramurals and the pageant for Mr. and Ms. Pasiklaban. In order to give our classmates who would be playing for the championship more confidence, we cheered them on before the game while we were still in our classroom waiting for it to begin. While watching our classmates playing, we noticed some of our classmates who's going to compete in the Mr. and Ms. Pasiklaban pageant. We supported them as well, giving them the confidence to compete in the pageant. After lunch, the game went on until 2:00 pm, and the SSG used that time to get ready for the afternoon's events, which included the pageant for Pasiklaban and other dancing competitions. After a lot of preparation, the pageant began. I got goosebumps from the loud crowd when the candidates entered the stage. The Candidates appealing and attractive looks were really stunning. Following the candidates introductions, each team's sayawitan performance got started.It was incredible to watch the sayawitan performances of several teams because of the skill that was used when they performed their Acts. Following that, there was an instant peek of a fashion show, in which numerous models are also students at our school wearing a stunning attire. After the other events, the award ceremony started. We were incredibly proud of our classmates and the other candidates who got awards, especially to our classmate Alxeandrey Concha, who was crowned as the Mr. Pasiklaban 2024. we were also proud of Achacoso and Manggay because they both worked hard also to win several awards.

DAY 3 January 17, 2024 When I arrived at our classroom early on the third day of intramurals, my friends and I congratulated our classmates who had participated in the game because a few of them had won. I can see from the expressions on our classmates faces that they gave their all during the game. I can still see the enthusiasm on their expressions as they play the game, even though a few of them lost, we were still really proud of them for exerting all of their strength in the game. Nevertheless, we gave them our heartfelt congratulations to boost their self-confidence.

DAY 2 January 16,2024 On the second day of our Intramurals, the mind games and ball games began. I was excited to watch my classmates play. That day was also the schedule of scrabble which is the game i participated. Playing against other teams can be nerve-wracking, but I did my best to play with them. After the game we laughed when the facilitator announced the score, I scored 198 and the other team scored 199. Despite losing the game, I was still happy that day, because my scrabble opponent was very nice and even congratulated me. After the game, In order to support our classmates who were playing, my friends and I made the decision to watch ball games on the school's court.We were thrilled to see that our classmates played like friends despite being on separate teams.
