So here is a very weird and very REAL angle of myself that I am going to try to use to track my progress. I have other photos of myself but I want to try something different that I haven’t done before.
I am not in love with this angle and sometimes when I am watching TV or just sitting on my phone for a little I will sit in this position and my boyfriend will be to the right of me in his chair and this is what he sees. This obviously isn’t about him but this photo makes me more conscious of how I actually look and what how I want to look differently.
This blog is not so much about my body image as it’s about my running experience and getting healthier. I just think it’s important to have different goals other than the number on the scale.
