04/16/18 So I was really debating to post this on here due to my insecurities but since not many people know that I have a tumblr Account, I figure this would be easier for me to become more comfortable with this and break the ice for myself. So in the progress of 4 months, I’ve lost almost about 20lbs. In the past of working out, I lost about the same amount of weight, but always had the issue of keeping up with achieving a healthier life style. I always kept on using the excuses of personal issues in life, my job, school work, fear of loose skin, etc., when in reality, it was myself holding me back and making excuses. I know I still have a long way to go because I do want to get back to my old weight I was at one point, which was around 180lbs, so that would be an additional 54 lbs. What’s helped me along the way and inspired me was the love and care of my family and significant other that has been encouraging along the way. However, my real motivation of taking this seriously and the desire to keep up with this is because I want to become strong again, both physically and emotionally. I want to have that sense of independence and strength again that I use to have, but have lost that along the way. For such a long time, I was very insecure and felt weak of myself because of lack of education, career, and the large amount of weight gain. I truly felt like I’ve lost my shine and who I’m meant to be. So far during working out and eating healthy has made me learn one valuable thing in life I never really quite understand before until now: loving myself. Sure, I still have some insecurities left in me, but I am learning to accept of who I am right now and do love myself regardless, big or small. However, I’m choosing to continue on this path even after 4 months in order to become more of a strong, proud, confident woman who loves herself and isn’t afraid to take head on to challenges anymore. There’s many experiences I want to do in life such as camping, wildlife, traveling, horse back riding, and other activities and I refuse to be restricted from doing that due to my body or weight anymore. It is still such a long road ahead of me, but I am definitely looking forward to it and see how far I can push my body to its limit. ❤️
So as of this morning, I am officially 20lbs down since mid April. :)
Most of that weight has been the last month and a half. Going for walks every day has really made the world of a difference!
20 pounds down and I feel comfortable enough posting a picture of myself in nothing but a big shirt because I LOOK FUCKING HOT

Update!
Okay… I’ve gone missing again, but I will be back after the 1st of July as I will have finished college for the summer.
I’m shocked that I’ve actually lost weight as I am now at 236.9 lbs where last time I was at 241lbs. I have hardly worked out and my eating has been disgraceful. So I’m really happy with that result. Plus friends are noticing that I’ve lost weight which is the best feeling ever 😭. So I’ve officially lost over 20lbs, which makes me so happy. Plus I'm 6lbs away from my first goal weight 😭 Another 86 to go!
The likes and the follows I’ve been getting have been really motivational, thank you guys so much. All your blogs also keep me going and I’m happy to have found this community to support me through my weight loss.
Before and after I started my diet.
