Surely I'm gonna regret this post and get asked questions regarding it. But here it goes. °°° Since it's #WorldMentalHealthDay. Figured I'd share, if you don't know. I have Severe Depression. Some days are better than others. Had it for many years now. People think it's contagious, NEWS FLASH it isnt. It's a frame of mind. And my mind is dark, angry & full of fear. Things happen, you change and your life gets flipped around. Some happiness comes, but the bad takes over. I have to smile and act happy, but you'd be surprised by how much it hurts to act happy. Always that fear of screwing things up, the anger that comes when one thing goes wrong messes my day up. Music helps more than you think. Which is why I blare it loudly on my way to/leaving work, silences my mind, I feel better. Everyday is different, and I'm thankful/greatful for another day so I take it.
