If you are wondering why the tasks are so modest/bare, it’s because of the way my broken brain works: too many things at once, I get overwhelmed, overwhelmed leads to stressed, stressed leads to self-doubt, self-doubt leads to might-as-well-give-up, and might-as-well-give-up leads to not doing it. I have BP II and Depression, and am happily medicated. The meds work amazingly, but I have to do everything in small steps or I start the above cycle all over again. Trust in the force, I must. MmmmMmm.
