its not just views. its the fact that the views weren’t just a couple thousand or even hundred thousand in difference, but millions of views different. its hoseok doing a vlive in 2016 and getting “where’s so-and-so????” questions, so much to the point that he gave jimin the live and didn’t do another solo live until late last year. its namjoon being constantly disregarded and disrespected in fanmeets or other fan interactions. its jin making a joke about jimin and then being told to go kill himself. its yoongi being called lazy or selfish or ungrateful by people who don’t care to know him, even though he is a driving factor in the production of the music for the group.
and of course all of the things that the maknae line go through when it comes to having solo stans who only appreciate them for their face/body, when they are so much more than that.
its solo stans being rude and disrespectful and not understanding that bts is a group, not just one singular person. its respecting bts’ wishes to treat them equally, like we have been asked to do.
