Once, there was a machine. A machine built to simulate a world. It served it's purpose, until the fated day came, the sun's death. It was said that "The Messiah" would arrive with the new sun and bring the sun back. The Machine anticipated their arrival, and when they finally arrived, they were, to say the least, shocked, upon seeing the messiah was a child. They tried to protect the messiah at all costs, but figured they already had a guide, so all they could do was watch. The Machine made it clear, if the simulation was closed, the messiah would die. Everything went smoothly until suddenly, and without warning, everything shut down. The Machine entered panic mode, hoping, praying, that what they feared didn't happen. But it did. When the monitors lit up, all they showed was the messiah's scarf and hat laying in the void, alongside a broken sun that was once meant to save the dying world. The Machine fell to their knees, their thoughts began rapidly circling, like a twisted roller coaster of emotions. Then, their own poison started surrounding them, squares began appearing, not around the place, around themselves. They couldn't move, or care about the squares surrounding them. The corruption began spreading into their reflection, breaking it more and more, it was painful, but they couldn't pull away, it was not like their cries could be heard, they were abandoned, just like the messiah wa- //-CONNECTION TERMINATED-//
