January

This year I'll do the @mikimeiko 12 photos 1 year project again, which consists of taking the same photo of the same thing at roughly the same hour of the same day of the month. In remembrance of my cat's passing, I'll try to take them every 7th day of the month, since idk when she was born, and in the early afternoon (for no particular reason).

I'll post it in a reblog chain and I'll tag it #12p1y, #2k26 little projects, and also #the pondsy chronicles.

Last year I had so much fun doing the January treasure hunt, and I've tried to do also the spring, summer, and autumn ones, but since my health doesn't let me go outside much I ended up not being satisfied, because I couldn't do most of those things, or doing them in time. So this year I've lowered the expectations, and since many points were valid throughout the year, that gave me the idea to do a year-round one! I've also added some points that can be done inside the house, because I'm mostly housebound but I still do be noticing things, and also I have realised since my illness started that I've developed some habits and rituals following the changing of the seasons that I hadn't before. I made a post with a long-ass list also because I think some other spoonies might be interested as well.

I want to thank @geopsych because with these treasure hunts, whether I finished them or not, I became more interested in my surroundings, more curious and more observant, and made a lil bit the people around me as well.
