What a whirlwind of craziness over here lately! Firstly, I’m sharing here because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to “journal” or talk about what’s going on with me lately here without mentioning that.. yep.. I’m pregnant! Again. 😁

I had my confirmation ultrasound yesterday and it turns out that I’m 8w5d along already — still super early, but everything measured great and the baby’s heart beat was nice and strong. Due date is set for June 18, which is extra fun, because that’s four days after my birthday!

So far, IRL, only my parents, my mother-in-law and @operationkay10 know, and @nycnomad too of course, and we’re gonna keep it that way until I hit the 12-week mark, I think. At that point it’ll be December, so we’re thinking of sharing the news with the rest of family and friends over the Christmas holiday.

I’m SO exhausted basically all the time — I wake up tired most days — and the morning sickness with this one is more significant than with pep. I got so lucky with not having much morning sickness with him at all. Because of the differences I’m noticing, I’m kinda (really) hoping this one’s a girl. More realistically, because it’s so early, I’m just taking it one day and one week at a time.
