soul survivor would've been much better if cas had gotten to the bunker just after dean had beaten sam nearly to death (both using the hammer and not using the hammer) so then cas healed sam and they cured dean and since sam is now physically "okay" he keeps reminding himself that it doesn't matter because cas healed him and it wasn't dean :) and dean wants to resolve it as quickly as possible but sam says it's okay they can just move on :) but the problem is sam still remembers what it felt like when dean was doing that to him and his life slipping away just before cas saved him so now he's terrified of dean and trying to shove it down and the more sam and dean go on hunts with sam flinching if dean makes a sudden movement, the angrier dean gets at sam for refusing to talk about it so it just gets worse and worse weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
