Seeing everyone talk about that photo of the German officer and his lover reminded me that hey, I actually drew something with a similar #Reibert vibe back in 2015. Since I dug it up anyway, I figured I’d try redrawing it.
I found this sketch in my files. The date is quite recent, but I have no memory of drawing it. I even checked the time-lapse to confirm it was really mine, and it was.
So I added a few, actually many, extra strokes and turned it into what it is now.
Since I do not remember the original idea, I wondered if I should change it to make it more meaningful.
But I seem to like it the way it is, so I will leave it as it is.
I’m kinda surprised that Instagram let me download my reel with the music 😳. It’s the process turning first art to the second. I can’t decide which composition I like so I just keep both lol.
