Drove to the Island today to visit Ma! I intended taking Jenny but as she still is wearing her E Collar she wouldn’t have much headroom in the VW wagon! Next trip! Mum was OK and she enjoyed doing some sketches in her art diary! She’s coming up to 101 in April and her deafness isolates her so much! She is still knitting the trauma teddies but I figured she might like to draw sometimes! In her younger days mum was a nursing sister at @thealfredhospital I have vivid memories of my childhood and being in awe of the ladies faces mum drew! We went for a walk in the gardens and I took mums pic outside her room! A beautiful mild late summer day and perfect to get a dose of VitD!
