what makes you feel warm inside?
hanging out with my family and my friends, for sure. over the garden wall, my dad’s arroz con pollo, and pogo music all have that effect!
what’s your favorite halloween tradition?
BOI I AM SO EXCITED FOR HALLOWEEN. i love making costumes with my mom! going out shopping way into the night after she gets off from work is so much fun. we jam out to music in the car and go all over town looking for the perfect costume components. it’s awesome!! i love hosting halloween parties, too. c:
what’s the last thing you learned?
there’s a super cool día de los muertos festival in downtown san antonio that’s held every year. i just went for the first time today and it was a really really great experience!
when’s the last time you felt obsessed?
IM REALLY INTO REGULAR SHOW RIGHT NOW. i haven’t reblogged anything about it but i’ve been drawing a ton of it and it’s so good.
what’s your favorite article of clothing?
right now, it’s this maroon cardigan from eddie bauer. it’s hella comfy and i love the way it looks! it reminds me of going camping~

what do you do when you’re sad?
when i’m sad, i kind of have a tendency to wallow. my natural inclination is to just be alone and not talk to anyone, which is why i have to be cognizant of what i’m doing when i’m feeling down. i let myself cry and reach out to others if i need to, and then i usually take a shower and meditate on it a little bit. i like to listen to/watch things that make me feel better too. fantastic mr. fox is one of my go-to feel-better movies!
i have to make myself talk to people, too. if i don’t, i’ll just isolate and isolate like a little cocoon of bad feelings, but once i’ve gotten it off my chest i usually feel much better.
what are some things you do when you can’t sleep?
i try reading something that i know won’t interest me at all while i’m in a comfy position in an attempt to bore myself to sleep!
what was the best (non-romantic) night you’ve had?
aw, man. there’s a lot! :) a few weeks ago i had a gilmore girls marathon with my parents, and my dad made these SUPER good huge soft peanut butter cookies. the episodes were really good and so were the snacks and it was just overall a really fun, feel-good kinda night.
what kind of covers do you have on your bed?
they’re always changing based on whenever i feel like laundry, but i’ve been cycling through the same covers i’ve had since i was teeny tiny. right now, i have stripey sheets and a harry potter blanket.

what’s your favorite thing to do outside?
i love swimming and being near any kind of body of water!
do you like camping?
Y ES. camping is the best!! i love being away from city life and getting back to nature’s roots. there’s nothing better than seeing a sky full of twinkling stars.
what would you spend $1,000 on?
TOTALLY a home theater! i would love to be able to have all my buds over and watch movies like we’re at a real cinema, with dim lights and a big screen and comfy chairs and everything. i’ve always said that if i could have one useless purchase for my home, it would be that.
what’s your job, or what do you want to do as your job?
i want to be an animator or a storyboard artist for my career!
