April 24 - Dragging a Dead Deer Up a Hill - Grouper
Dragging A Dead Deer Up a Hill by Grouper
Bandcamp / Youtube
Now, not to tell Grouper what their album is called, but seemingly everywhere but the Grouper bandcamp has this album listed as Dragging A Dead Deer Up a Hill, but the bandcamp omits the Up a Hill part. Odd.
This album at times sounds like if The Caretaker was less into plunderphonics and more into gentle folk ambience. Haunted in a very similar manner. Wistful and longing.
TT: Grab the soiled toilet.
