There needs to be more horror for kids.

whoa i didn't think the grounding thing (orient&anchor) would actually work but it did and i'm less anxious now!!! i can't tell if that other person (if they were there at all) is still around though... i hope that means it helped them too?

the anxiety feels bigger than just me...is someone else scared too? i'm nervous about whether another cataclysm happened cause of what three (gp) did in therapy, whether we've even realized it, whether we are actually us or brain copies-- you know how it goes in soma? like that... i'll try to reach out and see if there is somebody else worrying; maybe we can help each other not be so worried together? that's good i think
