People have many opinions on who the worst fan groups are, but I feel like ELF should be in the top 3 just because of how they poorly they’ve treated the band over the years. Yes, their tenacity helped Suju survive during their first year, but since that time, many ELFs have become no different from anti-fans. From excluding and trying to harm Henry to Sungmin wanting to get married, the amount of albums/stock you buy doesn’t mean you’re allowed to play God and control the lives of real people.

I used to love Super Junior, but ELFs made me decide to leave the fandom with their insistence that SJ should be respected by the fans of other groups just because they “paved the way” for their favorites. I don’t think people should disrespect them, but people should have the right to love who they love without hearing “respect the older groups” 24/7.

I’m so mad that some ELFs boicotted Sungmin. I understand why you wouldn’t want Kangin with SuJu, but, come on! Sungmin doesn’t deserve all that hate for just getting married.
