Growing up in Sparkswood she never really fit in, whether it be the perfect image her mom wanted for her or how everyone else in this small narrowed minded town wanted, her mom wanting a daughter who was a cheerleader but instead she got a band nerd who wanted to read more than socialize. She knew she was different from the other girls when she didn’t swoon and fawn over the boys like all the other girls in her grade, and it was scary for a long time and she had a lot of internalized homophobia she had to overcome and when she finally got the courage to come out when she turned 18 her single mom kicked her out not wanting anything to do with her, with no financial support instead of going to college like she always planned, she ended up getting a small one bedroom apartment with her savings and snagging a job as a cashier to support herself and not end up on the street. It was only supposed to be a temporary solution till she could go to college, but here she was 7 years later still stuck in this town she had wanted to get away finally given up on her dreams and still felt more alone than ever.

Headcannons:

Sometimes switches languages when angry or when talking shit about customers so she doesn’t get in trouble with her boss

Has a cat named Jinx and sometimes that’s the most communication she has outside of work.

An out lesbian and isn’t ashamed of her sexuality but it did take her awhile to come to terms with it after her mom’s initiate reaction

Likes listening to sad music when she is sad to make herself even more sad

hates spicy foods and is lactose intolerant but enjoys diary anyway.

when the store is empty likes to blast Hayley kiyoko and Girl in red to really send the customers a message
