our cap space is fine. we have plenty of time to figure that out, and there's no need to panic about what only might happen 2-3 years down the road.
yes, i'm slightly puzzled by the Nurse trade, but i didn't get the sense that Mukh wanted to stay with the Sharks. and anyway, with our stacked development pipeline, i'm happy to see gmmg continue to prioritize bringing in veteran defensemen who can shore up our immediate holes while the young guys continue to develop.
team chemistry hasn't taken any fatal blows and i'm super stoked to see how Kess, Marchment, and Trouba all fit in. not to mention, Cags will be around more!
as bad as it might feel (and it for sure feels bad), this is part of rebuilding a team. growing pains suck, saying good bye to some awesome guys sucks, no way around it.
