“I’m here, I’m here, what’d he... do-- are you okay?!” Laurian goes from wondering what Violet’s text had been about to worried out of his mind for Ozwell in a split second. What the hell happened?!

Dove laughs. "I suppose that's true. I'm Dove Salvatore. Lovely to finally meet you, dear." She smiles sweetly at the other, sipping her drink. "Don't worry. I went out hunting earlier today. And like I've said, I don't drink humans."

Though she still remembered the feeling, the surge she felt--

Sylvia hadn't left Laurian's side since they'd reunited, just relieved to know he's okay. Hearing movement, her head turns and she lights up, moving to rush the other but not making it a half-step before Violet reaches her and she staggers back, hugging her just as tightly. "Same can be said about you, y'know."

She squeezes the other tightly, almost afraid to let go for a second, tearing up. "I'm so glad you're here."

Laurian waits impatiently for the two for a minute before giving up and just hugging onto them both tightly. "We both are. We've been worrying like crazy."

Laurian blinks, eyes widening and ushering her in. "Hey, hey, whoa, whoa, what's going on? Breathe, hey, what's going on?" He glances into the hall beyond and then closes the door behind her and locks it.

Caitlin pulls her phone out of her pocket, not that she's actually even turning it on, pretending to scroll and hunkering more into it. "Yeah, yeah, totally listening, you said a bunch of words, right?"

Dove frowns at the approach alone, jumping up and blurring to the door, opening it quickly. "Oh, come on in. What's going on?" She steps aside to let Violet in but opens her arms at the same time.

Sylvia looks up when Violet runs in, sitting up and closing her book, reaching out to gently pull the other in when Violet holds out her phone instead...

Oh.

"Jinkies," Sylvia murmurs to herself, shaking her head. "Violet, I'm honestly gonna call it a good sign you're not seeing things and go with that."
