This article is a good read just to see the differences between the show and the original vision the creators had! One of the scenes that caught my eye was this Cersei scene they cut:

I haven’t read the books mostly because I (naively) wanted to wait until the entire series was written (lmao).

and it looks like everything clicks into place with Jon protecting Sansa and the Feather and Bronn and Joffrey’s crossbow and Cersei taking her revenge and the two finally facing each other (as they are both obsessed with each other and the threat one opposes for the other), and I’m really scared about Sansa now, damn it! and to be honest, I want Cersei or Sansa on the throne because they became both political and motivated women the hard way (Dany, take your beasts and let us be please, thank you) and they play the game of thrones as they should and their destinies are held together but as we near the end I can’t stand seeing one killing the other or both dying or in each other’s hands because that will only lead in pain and uuuuugggghhhh
