The panties are brought up to the middle of the belly, stretching taught over the underside of her belly, while the waistband clearly straight around her midsection. Accompanied with her silk gown draped nicely over her bump makes for a very cute look.

The dress is extremely cute and compliments many aspects of her body. Her bust is nicely visible, with the dress pulling in underneath them which accentuates the upper belly. The dress curves in at her back and back out at her ass, resulting in a nice framing of the whole body, with the entire curve of her foodbaby visible.
