Was it sa if she only lifted my dress up to see under it even though I said no multiple times?
This has been bothering me for months now, l experienced this years ago and I feel so invalid for remembering it now the last time i opened up I was called a liar, victim blamed and told it wasn't sa because i wasn't touched inappropriately so I'm coming on here to ask another victim if it really was sa.
I'm not a professional, so take this with a grain of salt, because legally, I don't know if this would hold up, but, in my humble, honest opinion? Yes. That was assault. You didn't consent. That's a part of your body that should be understood as requiring permission, and you didn't give that. You said no. She violated you. You are allowed to feel as hurt by that as you do, no matter how much that is, no matter if it wouldn't bother someone else as much. It doesn't matter that it's "lesser trauma," it was traumatic to you. You still carry it. It changed you, and it never should've happened. I'm so sorry you went through that, anon.
