i imagine it will be hard now because i know the science behind food and my body and such so certain ed diets and whatnot seem silly to me now. especially knowing how much dumber i got last time i had an ed but this could be worth it! even for a little but and then trying to maintain. obviously will be hard at first but i think its worth it. God i need to be thin. Skinny.
