self control is deciding youre gonna binge, asking your family for pizza for dinner and going upstairs to eat everything- then remembering your fat and not eating and telling ur family u dont want pizza anymore. im not gonna let small cravings overtake me
so i fasted for 60 hours and ended back at the weight i was tuesday morning (156,4) so i broke my fast to have some yogurt and blueberries for breakfast which is 90 calories. i wont snack throughout the day and ill probably just have a salad for dinner
so i only lost 1.2 overnight so im at 158,2 so im fasting again today (continuing my 36 hour fast into a 60 hour fast)
wow oky so guess who binged all day://// im fasting for 36 hours or until i go back to 156,4 lbs cause im really mad at myself ugh

okay so i just weighed and i only weigh 156,4 so i only lost 0,2 lbs overnight. im kinda disappointed, i donr know what i did wrong considering i only ate 130 calories and i worked out but who knows:// i really hope i lose less tonight because i want to be 150 by monday

goodmorning! so this morning i weighed 156,6 so i lost 0,6 overnight! since last monday (a week ago) ive lost 12,4lbs:) its monday so im treating this like a reset day, im gonna work out and only eat 150calories today! stay safe!
guess who binged ! i had like 6 mini homemade brownies and 4 pieces of pizza but i purged it all up, im pretty sure im gonna gain tomorrow but gaining less is better than gaining more
i wasnt planning on having a snack but i couldnt help it, so i had a bag of ww bbq chips (70calories) so now im at 182calories for the day! i probably will have soup for dinner (25 calories) so i wont worry about being over my limit (300kcals)
so i actually ended up making the popcorn rn and eating it right away, and that was 42 calories so im at 112 calories right now, but im getting cramps in my stomach so im not gonna eat lunch and save the rest of my calories for dinner then🥰
so for breakfast i had some cherry tomatoes, roasted butternut squash and a cup of almond milk so my total for breakfast is 70😶 its more than i normally eat for breakfast, but i want to eat around 300 calories today, and i know i wanna eat popcorn today so im just trying to plan out! im not gonna eat any fake food (the popcorn is normal kernals that i will airpop and eat with salt) so im gonna stick to only vegetables today and no real dairy!

i lost 1lbs overnight!! so now im 157,2 and i hope that i can lose at least another 0,3 tonight so i can be 156 for monday! idk what im gonna wat for breakfast but im SO happy my parents didnt get me chocolate this year! also, happy easter! stay safe💞🐣🎉
dinner was 64 calories (tomatoes and the pasta) and i had some cashews aswell so my total today is about 115 calories! tomorrow im gonna try to eat more for metabolism so im gonna have almond milk for breakfast and maybe some warmed peaches! but for now im logging off, so goodbye! stay safe angels💞
