Sexual Being
Nakedness.
The most commonly misconstrued image.
Most people associate nakedness with sexuality.
With the idea of being born, dying perhaps.
I connect the idea of the naked body with that of vulnerability, not because humans are most vulnerable in their nakedness, but rather that they are laying themselves bare.
the soft expanse of skin, the soft curves and hard ridges of a body as the muscles and bones move under the skin, in a way that is the most raw form of sexuality.
Skin holds wounds, memories, patterns, and physical feelings we often forget or push into the deepest crevasse of my mind in hopes to never remember.
the act alone of letting another’s hand glide over your skin whilst maintaining eye contact or sharing the same air between lips is its own form of sex.
i do not seek visual pleasure simply because of the dopamine of looking at the most hidden, private sectors of a person, i seek pleasure in seeing a person laid bare for my eyes knowing that their being is the most sexually pleasing part to me, not the aesthetics of their body.
