This year was filled with uncertainties, discoveries, grace, adventure, transitions... It's mixed up with all the good and bad. Adulting phase is not how I imagined it to be. I've always looked forward to this time of my life. But it's far different from what I had in mind. It's complex and twisted, and getting lost is inevitable. Finding your track again is mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually exhausting. For most of the time, negativities, weaknesses, pains, and loneliness outweigh the great joys, the breakthroughs, and the answered prayers. My heart is just overwhelmed with the sudden shifts and transitions this year. But it's now coping and adapting. I'm not too ready for 2020, but my heart and mind wants to still keep going on... I want to believe again, to choose love, to walk in faith, to live in grace this 2020 (and for the next decades to come). That's it. That's really all there is to do... Thank you, 2019. Most gladly therefore will I glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9) There were many times throughout my stay in UP, where I thought of giving up. But then again, I am constantly reminded of God’s immeasurable grace. What a difference it is to know that my life is hemmed with God’s grace and promises! You, Lord, continue to weave through all my failures and worries, over and over. Thank You so much, Lord, for providing everything that I needed to wear my Sablay. The completion of my four years in UP echoes Your grace. I am blessed beyond all measure. Going through college was not always easy. I was constantly pushed to pursue excellence and to practice and value honor. It was a roller coaster ride, there were surely some breakdowns, and there were those that led to some breakthroughs. But I am still thankful that God surrounded me with people who believed, encouraged, and prayed for me. To my dearest family, Mama, Papa, Yesha, Inang, Ama and to all my Titos, Titas and pinsans, this is it! Graduate na si Mina! Graduate na din kayo! Hahaha!
