I come home from the gym - sweaty and a little sore - to find you exactly where I left you: sprawled out on the couch just some how more swollen and bloated than before.
While I was away improving myself, you were there further degrading and devaluing yourself. I was burning calories and turning them into hard muscle, while you were packing yourself full of thousands of calories we both know you'll never burn. Like all the slop you fill yourself with, they'll slowly turn into even more lard. Expanding your inert soft mass even further. The weight pulling you into an even deeper, lazier, more inescapable gluttony.
We're the perfect foils for eachother. I get to come home and see my disgusting fat pet hog helplessly stuff herself with the vast amounts of greasy fast food and cheap deserts she's become addicted to. Fatter and more lazy everyday. While you - after another pathetic binge - get to see me walk in the door more toned, healthy, and desirable, as you feel yourself straying further away from what anyone could ever desire. A fatter, heavier, more dependent hog. You get to look at me and see what you lost. What you'll never get to become. What you've given up in favor of depraved desire.
You actually make my journey easier. If I ever get a craving for something not in my diet, I buy it but just place it in front of you. You'll devour it immediately. You couldn't stop yourself if you tried and you know it's your job. Then I get to see what would happen if I gave into my cravings. I'd be just like you. A gross, sweaty, fat pig. Overcome by cravings. Helpless to fight them. Consumed by them as you consume ever more to keep up. And I try to make yours easier too. Keeping you here. Providing you with enough to keep you perpetually filled with whatever variety of slop you crave at any given moment. Enabling your descent.
I'm the role model. You're the cautionary tale.
