a few people have expressed some resistance to the “trauma” part of this post and like. im Obviously not talking about trauma dumping in inappropriate situations. if youre friends with someone — real friends, not acquaintances — and their past experiences come up and you dont want to hear it, not bc its triggering to you or anything but bc you just dont give a shit, then youre a bad friend. you can talk about trauma dumping and emotional labor till the cows come home but theres no amount of woke verbiage that will make it okay lmao
