this is the trick i use to grab relatively small things from últá, but i’m sure it would work almost anywhere!

first, go look in the skincare aisle and browse like you’re actually shopping. pick up a sheet mask or two and hold those in your non-dominant hand. then, walk around and use the grab two/put one back method with your dominant hand for the stuff you want. hide those items in your non-dominant hand behind the sheet masks. go to a blind spot/duck down & lightning conceal the hidden items, and finally go put the sheet masks back like you decided not to get them!

aight everyone, listen up. i’m here to lead y’all in on the scam of a lifetime. this applies to victoria’s secret love pink ONLY - so i recently started doing this thing where i went on the live chat of their website telling them that my order never came. now, they DO track the orders BUT i told them that i contacted USPS (their standard shipping method if you live in the USA) and that it’s a lost cause, there’s no hope of the package. i’ve gotten over $500 back in refunds from the orders by doing this. 

keep in mind that: 

if the order is over 90 days old they won’t refund you to the original payment but they’ll give you store credit

you have to tell them the order number of what you’re claiming as “lost”

they may ask for verification such as your billing address etc.

if you don’t know the order numbers, but have an online account use my steps above (when signed in) to find your order history

H&NM you need a magnet to remove the tags, sometimes has Lp so be careful. But I believe their regional Lp

Older NaveyBlue: Does indeed tag clothing but is very sloppy and usually you can find something untagged if you look hard enough. Requires a magnet as well. Does employ LP but like H$mn I believe they are regional as well. Just had a close call a few weeks ago with their Lp so I know for a fact that they do actually employ them. I previously thought they didn’t until that situation.

P:nk is sister stores with V$, so I'm sure they're pretty similar when it comes to policies and LP.

Body concealing for clothes would be best and bag concealing for glass perfumes. (plastic can be body concealed, just make sure ur waistband is tight.)

SA will depend on store's location, id scout it out to see when they're less active or just DNA it. If I remember correctly P:nk is ez for dnaing, but double check with others just in case.

If it’s THICK ( ie: a huge ass cardigan ) and you have a small bag, roll it up as much as possible, stuff that baby in your bag, disregarding if it looks over stuffed, and then cover most of your bag with a coat draped over your arm.

If it’s SMALL ( ie: lipstick, eyeliner, pens ) stick them in your waist band to save room in your purse, or just stick them in your purse after you sleeve them.

Sorry for the late reply... my favorite technique for body concealing is either wearing snug skinny jeans with a long sweater or hoodie and concealing in the waistband or wearing a pair of high waisted leggings under a pair a baggier jeans and putting the items in the leggings. I prefer the last on because the leggings keep the items securely in place and the jeans help hide and lumps or bumps.

Another method I have heard that works great, but haven’t personally tried is wearing a spanx or corset to hide items. I have heard of a lot of people having success doing this so I am actually planning on getting a spanx or corset soon.

I also like to wear a full covering loose top or jacket so I can simply layer the items I want underneath. Depending on if the fitting room attendants count, you might have to first conceal on floor using either your waistband, purse, or another stores shopping bag and then go into the fitting rooms to detag and conceal.

There are a lot of other methods that are good for smaller item such as pens or lipsticks. You could wear tall boots and crouch down to pretend to look at something while discreetly slipping the item into the top of your boot or you could just slip items down your sleeve using slight of hand.

step 1: walk in, look around, pick up a few books (i’d say max of 3, but if you can get away with more, then you do you, but start off small on your first time here). DO NOT go near the medical books. just don’t touch them.

step 2: go to the starbucks cafe, buy a coffee and maybe a snack if ur feelin it. i prefer to always pay with cash if i do buy something while i’m lifting, but you can use your best judgement on that one.

step 3: take a seat, drink ur coffee, eat ur snack, text ur friends, check ur tumblr, and all the while be leading through the books you plan to lift. check for rfid tags (esp on hardcovers). try to take ur time and sit there for like an hour. it also help a lot if u brought ur own books and notebooks so you can act and look like ur studying and u can “mix up” all of those books u have there.

step 4: whenever u feel ready just pack it all up and head out. if u beep or someone mentions that u didn’t pay for them just get really embarrassed and apologize and say u got caught up in the book and just forgot. at this point i either gotta pay for it or leave it there. but since someone noticed u didn’t pay for it, don’t act like u weren’t going to in the first place. look through ur wallet and get a disappointed look on ur face and say u left ur credit card at home and u’ll have to come back for them another time.

I always walk around and pick up any books that I’m interested in and find a blind spot. Kinda hard, but if you sit in between certain shelves the camera doesn’t see you. That’s impertivive for this method, because you can’t worm your way out of it if someone sees you. It’s more or less risky depending on where your skills are.

Mine are quick concealing and patience.

What ur gonna do is bring all those books to the blind spot and read them. Figure out which ones you want and which ones you’re gonna drop. Now, when you can’t see anybody on either side of you, quickly slide the book in ur bag. Keep doing this until you’re satisfied, and then leave. Anyone who saw you only saw you reading books, and by the time your pile is spotted anybody could’ve taken from it. And unlike the cafe method, the cameras wouldn’t have seen you concealing.
