19-year-old Khalil Al Habil's liver and kidneys are failing. Shrapnel damage from the bombardment that killed his baby brother Omar has gone mostly untreated due to a lack of funds and resources. The ill effects of this damage have progressed to the point that the organs are losing their ability to function. Khalil urgently needs 3 rounds of treatment to combat the effects of his deteriorating liver and kidneys.
We've paid off the first round of treatments but Khalil has two treatments that he still needs. The second costs about $1,250 usd, but we haven’t made much progress in more than a month and his condition is getting progressively worse. We need to meet this second goal ASAP!!!

Medical staff have worked very hard to reduce the swelling. But despite their efforts, Souad's brain is now hemorrhaging (bleeding). The swelling has been too persistent, and the pressure is rapidly bursting the cells of her brain, causing bleeding. This will kill her. Little Souad is dying.
She needs to be evacuated outside of Gaza, but this is extremely expensive. The cost for transport through the Egyptian border, medical care, and associated expenses comes to $6,000 usd, about €5,000 EUR. This is a devastating setback, but all we can do is push forward.

Knights of Guinivere deals with a lot of different subjects ( Big corporations, classism, sexualization of women), but no one talks about how the show deals with the subject of Generative AI and its effects on the environment.
TW for talking about potential SA and Blood
First of all, Guinevere is a robot. That's pretty clear-cut in the show. She is also shown to have a consciousness and be somewhat self-aware. I’m thinking all of the Guineveres have to run on some sort of AI programming, since they all share the same info with eachother. Like AI, the Guineveres also have a database of everyone from M-7, and most likely other planets Park Planet has colonized. AI corporations also use AI to store information about people, as we've seen with the ID verifications on various websites.
AI also destroys the environment. The data centers made for AI use up lots of water and electricity, which takes these resources away from humans. These data centers also poison the land around them by polluting the air and causing the surrounding neighborhoods to be uninhabitable. We can also see this effect happening in Knights of Guinevere with the production of blue blood. The blue blood being made is used to power the robots, as we can see with a bleeding Guinevere and Andi’s robot.
While we do not know what the blue blood is made of, we can see the negative effects of its production on the environment below the park. One major example of this is blue lung. The Blue Lung outbreak on M-7 is causing people to become more sickly, turning babies blue and making people cough up the blue blood. We can also see that the blue blood is in the ocean, most likely poisoning the people using it as a main water source. Some of the background characters and guards also have masks on, possibly hinting at some polluted air.
So we can see the similarities between the production of AI and blue blood. They both take up resources, pollute the environment, make the land uninhabitable for people, and poison them as well.
The Guinevere bots are also being used for sex dolls, as implied by Sparky and Frankie. Sparky sells off the Guinevere robots he finds to his “ Nasty clients” for high prices and makes lots of money this way. While also being princesses, the Guineveres are also used to “serve” people's needs. This kinda reminded me of how people will use AI as a replacement for a romantic/sexual partner, and how AI companies will exploit the loneliness of people and sometimes make them pay for these services like Grok at one point.
So yeah, that's my analysis. I hope to find more evidence for this later on when more episodes come out. Like, I literally just thought of this in the morning while thinking about Knights of Guinevere. So yeah, very excited for more of this show!

It is with a broken heart that we have to share the worst news imaginable with the NGU community. This weekend, the IOF bombed the neighborhood of Yahya Al-Habil and his family. Little Omar, Yahya’s 7-year-old brother who we have mentioned often, was martyred.
Both of Yahya’s brothers Khalil and Mohammed were being treated in different departments for the severe injuries they sustained from this attack, and did not get the chance to say goodbye to Omar. Their wounds were devastating, and both remain in very poor condition.
They now require ongoing, very expensive medical care, the sum of which for both their treatments is $10,000 usd. Donations have become stagnant and their situation is extremely desperate. Please help them survive and try to rebuild their lives.

Teen girl with heart condition needs shelter in north Gaza
We have spoken repeatedly about Nour’s situation before on this blog, and conditions have only gotten worse for her. To protect her from additional illness and to have a safe and warm space in which to treat her condition, her family needs funds to arrange shelter. In the long-term, they hope to rebuild their home. But for now, they just need to find someplace warm and out of the rain. Their current shelter is a shredded plastic “tent” currently being swamped by frigid winter rain:

From Gaza to Ireland: Survived but Nightmares Make me Wish to Die

The short video will give you a quick glimpse of my story: 1. A young university lecturer in Gaza

3. Then traveled to Ireland to study and try to support and evacuate my family.
Every night I sleep in Ireland while my family sleeps under bombardment face starvation, fear and the cold of winter in tents.
People sleep to rest.
I sleep to see nightmares.
Every night feels like a horror movie I must live, not watch.
I wake up tired, shaken, and broken by the images my mind creates.
I had an amazing stable life with my family in Gaza before the war turned our world upside down.
I was a young, ambitious lecturer at the Islamic University of Gaza, teaching English and linguistics. I loved to motivate and empower my students so they can reach their full potential.
When the war broke out, I was displacement with my family multiple times in places I did not know existed in the Gaza Strip. Sometimes we literally ran for our lives under heavy bombardment and learned what a near-death experience actually meant.
Five months into the war, my Irish university managed to get me out of Gaza. Ever since I evacuated and left my entire family in Gaza (parents, siblings, nephews, nieces), I woke up every day so tired from horrible horrible horrible nightmares, wishing to end my life.
But then I remember:
If I give up, who will help my family survive?
Who will help me get them out when the crossing opens again?
I saw the constant bombardment every day live in the news, and my family was dispersed in different places in the Gaza Strip, running for their lives, struggling to survive.
The misery and suffering continue until today after we lost our house and the cold of winter if freezing them all, especially my elderly parents and young nephews and nieces.
HOWEVER...
Hard times do not only create strong people; they also reveal the goodness and humanity in others.
And Gaza needs the world’s goodness now more than ever.
My family lost their home.
They now live in tents, shivering in the cold.
Rainwater enters every time it rains.
They have no electricity, no clean water, no cooking gas, and no safety.
Survival itself has become a battle.
I have been dedicating all my efforts to helping my family survive in the current situation in Gaza and apply for reunification visas with the support of my college and friends here in Ireland.
Every single member of my family counts the seconds until the day we all reunify in Ireland and live a safe, normal life like we have been dreaming for more than two years
This can only be possible with your kindness, support and humanity.

I walk the streets of Ireland and see families laughing, talking, and celebrating life together. Yet I cannot help but feel that I am living in a different world. Both my family and I count every second, hoping for the moment they can evacuate and reunite with me in Ireland.
