I would like to formally submit my request to the edit gods for an OU softball edit to father figure bc HERE ME OUT

"I pay the check before it kisses the mahogany grain" is them winning the championship every year and dominating but then "they want to see you rise but they don't want you to reign" is everyone being upset about them four-peating and being one of the longest lasting dynasties

but then the "my dear protege" part is lowkey UT because everyone wants them to be the next big thing and take OU down but they couldn't get it done.

and then the "just step into my office" is them being the center of the softball capital.

AND THEN "you want a fight, you found it" is the championship game between OU and UT

AND ON TOP OF THAT "who's portraits on the mantel" is them beating UT last year after EVERYONE was praying on their downfall but you can't beat the best softball team in the country who arguably made softball as famous as it is.

and just to throw a little UT shade in there "you remind me of a younger me... I saw potential" is UT arguably being the next up and coming softball dynasty but they still couldn't beat OU to secure the championship

ANYWAYS if anyone reading this out there is a softball and Taylor swift fan I am BEGGING you to make an edit to this and send it to me please 🙏🙏🙏
