DAESUN.

he always loved the rain , sure he didn’t like standing underneath it for hours as he hated being soaked as well as the cold that always came afterwards but he always thought that it was kind of relaxing. at night, listening to the rain actually helped him when it came to sleep and it has been the case ever since he was a kid. this time was different though, as daesun has been running towards the only place he could find to hide him from the rain that didn’t seem to want to stop anytime soon. “ mhm , guess so. “ he said with a shrug, looking over at them before leaning against the building, one hand going through his wet hair.

francesca: can you help me smuggle a hamster back into my dorm?

daesun: well well well daesun: what will i get in exchange??

      “ could you please turn that down ? i don’t mean to be a bitch, i’m just trying to finish this chapter… and- ” vaughn nodded towards the person’s phone and eyed the album cover on the screen, “ i can surely recommend something better to listen to. i mean, if you’d be interested. ” suddenly, a wave of fear flipped in his stomach. that was probably so rude, he thought. his cheeks turned a soft pink and his eyes diverted from the individual out of slight embarrassment. it had been an off day for him.

random songs were playing in the background , coming straight out of a 2000 compilations. there were some he liked, while others that he shut off his brain so that he wouldn’t actually have to listen to them for the 339839 times. listening to music, no matter what song it was, always made him feel more relaxed and helped it concentrate on whatever task he had at hand. he was so deep in his thoughts though that he didn’t even hear the other male at first. “ fuck i’m sorry wait ... “ he was quick to press the pause button, smiling sheepishly at his friend before brushing it off. “ i mean , i don’t want to disturb you. i totally forgot about you here, really. “

                    *    IN   THE   FAR  corner  of  the  library  ,  frankie  olsson  was  doing  anything  but  her  coursework  .  she’d  arrived  promptly  twenty-five  minutes  ago  ,  and  had  proceeded  to  count  the  number  of  people  walking  past  outside  (  twelve  )  ,  and  took  pictures  of  her  study  notes  for  her  instagram  and  snapchat  stories  .  when  all  the  green  bubbles  decorating  her  phone  were  gone  ,  she  let  out  a  snort  of  malaise  and  began  to  turn  on  her  laptop  ,  except  it  wasn’t  .  ‘  fuck  ’  ,  she  whinged  ,  scoping  out  the  person  sitting  at  the  next  table  over  -  a familiar face .  pushing  her  chair  back  ,  she  tapped  their  shoulder  ,  ‘  hey ! do  you  have  a  macbook  charger  i  can  use  ?  just  for  a  bit  .  ’  she  questioned  ,  flashing  a  much  practiced  well-mannered  smile  . 

there were many books standing on the table, next to his macbook but none were really touched as he rather play some games on his pc than actually work on any of his essays or anything else related to schoolwork. sure , he knew that by taking fashion , he would have to learn about the history behind it and there were actually some interesting fun facts but he had no wants to get into it right now, even if he promised himself before stepping in the library that he would actually get some work done. how funny. now, he was creating his very own clothing line for his sims when a voice he knew full well stopped him in his movements and he was quick to pull the charger out of his bag and give it to her. “ there you go, princess. “ daesun was actually pleased to see her , his little fluff ball. “ have you heard the latest news? “

if there was one person daesun actually enjoyed being in the presence of , it was this cute male standing before him. sure, he was a people’s person and there was nothing he loved more than chatting and telling jokes to everyone around but there was only a few that actually mattered in the long run and well ... minnie was one of them, clearly. gaze turned soft as he was being handed a cup of hot chocolate, smile on his face as he gladly took it. “ thank you , bun. this is perfect. “ he took a sip of the warm drink, burning his tongue as he did so but he didn’t really mind. this was actually pretty good. “ so tell me, what are your plans for the day? “

◆                           BROWN LOCKS FELL AROUND HER SHOULDERS as she leaned forward on the table to take a last look on her book, before closing it rather aggressively with a groan. the thought of a glass of wine filling her brain almost instantly, though the next brough her eyes to analyze the clock. how early is too early for alcohol? again, she groaned, finally sinking back into her chair as she finally looked around spotting a familiar face at the library. “HELLO? she spoke loudly, calling their attention with a smile sitting on her lips. "would you say going to a bar right now is a good or bad idea? and try to really think this through before answering, por favor.”

he never considered himself a lucky person, and the fact that he was now standing in front of her clearly confirmed his thoughts. for years , he was able to ignore her ( even though she was part of the squad ) or just leave the room before their eyes could meet. it’s not that he was still hurt, or was he ?? it was more the fact that looking at her reminded him of what  happened in the past, which broke his heart and he still had this pinge of regret of letting it go as far as it did, on his part at least. but there he was now, being called out by the one person he didn’t want to talk to and he sighed, deeply. “ why would you want to know about my opinion? “ he said, returned his attention to his book. “ but why would it be a bad idea, anyway? “

          ––––– CRUZ IS PROCRASTINATING AGAIN , but no ones really surprised. by some miracle , he actually went to class but instead of following up his lecture by studying , doing homework , or sitting in smithies to get work done , he’s INSTEAD sitting in smithies looking for the squad. why ? well , cruz has some burning questions for them. eyes spot a squad member , and long limbs nearly trip over themselves trying to make his way to them. “ HEY , i have a question !! it’s for a squad survey and it’s INCREDIBLY , incredibly important. ” he takes out his phone , opening to the NOTES section. “ do you agree that justin timberlake was the least important member of nsync and that his hype was only because he was the cutest ? ”

it wasn’t in his habitude to actually do what he had to do unless he was pressured or a day before he was supposed to give in whatever work he was supposed to do. let’s say he was far from being the most studious one but it didn’t mean he had the worst grades either, in fact he was doing pretty good as always. it’s just that he was already drawing in his notebooks instead of writing down some notes as he was expected to -- look , he had his priorities and learning about literature wasn’t one of them. so of course, when cruz appeared right before him ... the male didn’t mind it one bit. in fact , everything to help out a friend in need right ? he was always so nice. “ why would you need to know that for a squad survey? “ he chuckled before pushing his pc aside. “ okay, fine, let me think. maybe it has to do with that but in the end he has a good voice, doesn’t he? and he is the only one you actually hear from now so ... he still won. “
