Ive seen a lot of debate over the GO3 ending, and I wanted to throw my two cents in.

Do i like this as a final? No, not really. I think they could've done better had they left it more open, like s1. That being said, if they were to END this series, this is the only way to do it. Aziraphale and Crowley have spent their existences putting themselves in between heaven/hell and humanity. That's what they did in season 1. They put the well-being of humanity over their own. That's what Aziraphale did in season 2. The book of life was destroyed. Humanity was gone. Everyone was dead. And even if God brought them back, it'd be as copies. There would never be a way to fix what got broken. It was beyond repair. So they did the next best thing. They gave a different version of humanity a chance. A chance to live and love without interference. A chance at freedom that they never got. There is no way this story could've ended with Aziraphale and Crowley truly being free. Not as they were. So they did the next best thing. They gave humanity the chance they wish they had. This ending makes humanity the child of their love and sacrifice. And i think that's beautiful.

Something i think about how life happens. And i wonder if things were meant to be signs. I got an eeyore plushie at a few months old. By 6 i was severely depressed. I had always related to eeyore as a child cause *I* felt that. I still love that plushie like nothing else, even though im genuinely HAPPY now. I still sleep with it every night. But sometimes i do wonder. I wonder if it was just chance, or if something beyond my understanding was at play.

I spent like 12 hours on the phone with the love of my life today. I love her. I love her so much. I love talking with her. I love just sitting and doing our homework with her. I love it all.

She told me she loves my voice. I read a paragraph of a book to her and she told me she loves my voice.

She had a rough morning. I could tell she was gonna struggle to sleep. So i offered to read to her until she fell sleep. She was thrilled. I read until she hadnt talked for a while. Until i could almost hear her snoring.

She fell asleep while i read to her.

No one but her has ever liked my voice. Ive had family, friends, all describe it as "pitchy" "annoying" "harsh" "loud" "too much". No one over 5 years old has ever wanted me to read to them. Then theres HER. The woman i love. The woman who fell asleep while i made funny voices for the characters and tried to do a British accent.

Im gonna fucking cry. Shes it for me guys. I just know it.

I just had the best valentine's day of my life. I went on a date with the woman i love. We played sappy bingo. We made the cards, did everything based on US. It was wonderful. We flirted the whole time. She told me she loves me. I told her i love her. We decorated the boxes for our cards. I put our fave colors on mine with our names. God yall. I spent half the time just... staring at her beautiful face. Looking at the glimmer in her eyes.

Im so in love with her. And WE get a future now. A real future. I cant wait to see what it will be.
