New rules for myself:
1. No eating before 12 pm
2. No eating after 8 pm
3. No more than 400 calories a day
4. Workout every single day, if I feel too weak at least do some abs and arms. N E V E R M I S S A D A Y !!! I want to be toned also not flabby
5. Fast 2 times a week - 24 hour periods or longer if I feel like I can do more
6. Allow myself ONLY TWO cheat meals a month. this is so it helps me not to binge eat
7. Always self tan , never look pale. (I feel prettier and skinnier when i’m tan)
8. Do skincare every single day & massage ur face for 4-5 minutes every day so it looks more snatched and slimmer.
9. Always keep my nails looking nice
10. Take progress pics every week
11. Weigh myself every morning and pray the scale went down.
12. ALWAYS log EVERYTHING I ate for the day
13. Go on Tumblr every day to look at thinspo and motivate myself.
14. Take a walk EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Strive to walk 10,000 steps. It’ll make you lose weight faster
15. Drink tea every day!! (green tea, peppermint tea, lemon and ginger, detox tea, whatever i’m feeling!) It’ll help curve appetite and boost your metabolism
