Delicious Orange Chicken.. erm.. ORANGE TOFU!
A big thanks to the students for choosing to make orange chicken for our first back to school dish after the break! This selection of sample sauces, taken from the pan at different times to show to students, shows the four phases of sauce production! Stage one is a runny but promising flavor concoction. Stage two has cooked down a bit but was still more juice than sauce. Stage three has the cornstarch added and could totally be eaten as is but we do perfection in our club. Stage four is where the magic is: perfectly saucy with just enough spice and orange zest. Bravo everybody!
We made Japanese Pan Noodles with healthy ingredients and vegetables! The ingredients that we included were fresh ginger, vegetable oil, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, tofu, green onion, and black sesame seeds. This dish is healthy because it is a mixture of different vegetables cooperated into a healthy dish, noodles. I think the best part of this dish was definitely the mixture of vegetables and the tangy taste you get from the different sauces we used. I made this dish my own by mixing in the sesame seeds, then putting some on top as a beautiful garnish.
Coctel de Frutas
Ingredientes:
Elige frutas a tu eleccion (la cantidad es tu eleccion).
Crema.
Azucar.
Pasas (opcional).
Procedimiento:
Corta tus frutas en trozos pequeños.
Agrega crema al gusto.
Agrega azucar al gusto.
Agrega las pasas.
Y por ultimo revuelve muy bien hasta que todos los ingredientes queden debidamente integrados.

I added the powder in the mug then added 3 teaspoon water in the mug and then mix it until everything looks like chocolate melting and then put then leave it flat then add 1 minute in the microwave and then add the chocolate melting cream and then melted all over the cake and done.
Dulce de Leche Pancakes :)
I made dulce de leche pancakes by mixing my dry ingredients which are flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. After you have that done on a separate bowl start whisking the 2 eggs, then slowly whisk in milk. Pour in the dulce de leche and melted shortening. Slowly pour in the dry ingredients.
HOT TOPIC: When mixing the dry ingredients make sure you do a little at the time or everything yold get all over the place!
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Coat it with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles appear and edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden brown. Serve pancakes topped with anything of your choice.
Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons hot water
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2:
Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pan
Step 3:
Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

Hot Cheeto Mozzarella sticks
Ingredients
1 cup of crushed hot cheetos
I/2 Half cup of Flour (Any kind)
2 eggs
3 plates
A pan
Veggie Oil
Cheese sticks
A Tong
Instructions
First you add your Crushed Cheetos and Eggs and Flour into three separate plates
Seconds: Mix the Yolk because it will be our egg wash.
Third: Open up your cheese sticks.
Fourth: Add it first to the flour then to the egg wash then to the hot crushed cheetos and then repeat the same processes with however many you are making it with.
Fifth: Get your pan ready and turn on your stovetop then add 2 spoonfuls of Veggie oil and let it sit for a minute (ADD NO WATER)
Sixth: Then gently get your tong and grab the mozzarella sticks then slowly add it to the water.
Finally: Wait every 30 to 60 seconds then flip it to each side and check to make sure it is crispy.
After that you are ready to serve with a sauce of your choice.
And Viola!
