New painting just dropped. I've been working through my feelings living and working in a place that's thriving while so many struggle in that same place. The building that is going up is supposed to showcase what we chose to spend money on while others suffer around us. In that way we create our own tower of Babylon. We build higher and higher, while not listening or understanding the people below

Hiya I haven't posted in a minute, but I have a new painting that I'm working on getting rid of. It works in a way that you can have the painting facing 4 different ways and focus on something different and therefore, see a different picture and have a story. I don't like to talk too much about what my painting's inspirations are, but I love asking folks what they see. This is my favorite one to do this with because they all notice something different depending on how they turn the picture.

This is a portrait I did of my mom for mother’s day. It’s all acrylic, but the glasses, which are made out of plastic I cut off the bottom of some container.

 I got the initial idea last year, but I only just finished the details of it.

I painted this when my attic door fell from the ceiling. My landlord gave me permission to use it as a canvas.
