One of my bucket list is checked off!

Talking about winter. This place is such a great one to visit. People call it “Winter Wonderland.”

Locating in Gifu Prefecture, it took about an hour to reach this place from Kanazawa.

Actually, we live in Osaka. So, we went a day before from Osaka to Kanazawa by JR from Osaka Station to Kanazawa Station that took about 3 hours.

On the first day, we stayed at a hotel in front of Kanazawa Station booked for 2 days, and took a rest and walked around the station looking for dinner.

Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park (Banpaku Kinen Koen) Osaka, Japan

Spring is here. Sakura is gonna bloom soon. So, it means, Hanami is coming!

But, a virus outbreak named coronavirus has been spreading around the world, includes Japan, since January.

That day was the last week since the park was closed due to the outbreak.

The last day my family and I went there, we really had a great time in that great weather. We never thought that situation would be this bad and every place here is closed.

My second child, named Kaika Azka Wibawa was born.

Believe me, it wasn’t easy to go through the second pregnancy here. A lot of dramas I had before he was born.

I clearly remember that it was at 2 a.m when I felt the contraction. My husband tried to call taxi, but the taxi was only available at 6 a.m. Everyone was sleeping. I got no help when the contraction was getting stronger. I felt like the baby would come out when I couldn’t stand it.

That was 4 a.m. I cried as loud as I could. I couldn’t stand that anymore. There’s still no help. My husband still tried to call taxi. But, it’s still useless.

At 5 a.m someone tried to help us to call ambulance after reading my husband’s text. Then, ambulance came several minutes later.

My contraction got stronger as hell. I thought I could deliver my baby in my own bed. The ambulance officer asked a lot of questions in Japanese when I really couldn’t stand the contraction. I was dying!

As soon as I arrived in the hospital, the doctors and nurses were very busy preparing the labor. 5 minutes later, after several pushes, my son was born to the world. It only took four hours to finally see my baby. That was very short time for me. Alhamdulillah.

Geez! Seems that it’s been a while since the last time I posted something.

My life seems so busy since I moved to Japan last year and my second child was born last winter.

Yap. I’ve lived in Osaka since last year, following my husband working here. Believe me, it’s not that easy to live here. But, that’s okay. I’ve been used to it. I mean, doing all the things only myself. Literally.
