I figure this is after the movie and when Steve finds him he’s had a bad break heal wrong. He probably spent a while picking things up and grimacing before Steve insisted they do something about it. And perhaps Bucky with his returning memories saw it as a sort of penance for the people he’d killed under Hydra - like the pain was deserved.

Here Bucky’s pissy because Steve’s taken away his self imposed sentence. He’ll shrug off Steves hand and stomp off to his room. Steve will sigh and stand there for a moment before going to put the groceries away

Day 5: Bu Wang or Qu Jin Chen Qing?

Oh gahd I sincerely love both songs so much. They're both so perfect for their characters and they both hurt. If I HAVE TO choose, then it's Bu Wang... but that's like a 51/49 split. It's very close. Bu Wang is easier to sing along with lol.

Also while we generally know WWX's story because that's THE story, we don't know too much about what LWJ was up to for the past decade and a half before WWX comes back aside from him being punished and isolated for 3 years. The only other hint we get is in that episode 2 scene where JC and LWJ cross paths during the night hunt and JC says this:

Bu Wang tells how LWJ has been searching for WWX all these years, not only physically, but with the song of Inquiry hoping to reach his spirit (but getting nothing in reply). He's still searching for an answer to what is black/white, right/wrong, but can't and won't forget WWX.

And at the end instead of asking "where are you?" like in the earlier parts of the song, it says (depending on translation) "you are by my side, I hope you've been well since we last met" and that's just too beautiful. It gives me chills (the good kind lol)

LWJ has been through it for all those years alone, but WWX is back and it's going to be okay.
