Come to the edge.

I finally let someone in. I opened up. Made myself vulnerable. It felt great, Loving and being loved. The endless conversations. The advice. The compliments. The touching. The holding. The way he looked at me. The way I made him laugh. The way we imagined the future. The fun and games. But now I regret everything. How can you just change your mind? How can you throw away all of this potential? I don't understand. I will never understand. I don't want to understand.
