this was taken from a japanese magazine named 'Player' in October 1983, i have no other information about this, sadly, but i can provide a machine translation of the text in the image under, as well as a bonus scan of another band, Spear of Destiny, featured on the opposite side of the poster!

"Hailing from Bath, a city famous for its Georgian architecture and hot springs, Tears for Fears consists of Curt Smith (bass guitar and vocals) and Roland Orzabal (guitar and vocals).
