Call it something else..

So a while back (I can’t remember exactly when but I think it was some time around the 40s/50s), a bunch of penguins escaped. A keeper left the gate open so a bunch of penguins just… followed them. And the people loved it. Look at these adorable birds outside their cage just following that guy around! So they get all the penguins back inside and realise that none of them really ran off, they just followed the keeper and went back inside and crowd thought it was amazing, so why not make it a regular thing? Get enough people there that if one of them goes to make a run for it (which at least one has in the past), they can’t get past the people, and let the ones who want outside have a little wander. So every day, they get a crowd, they open the gate, and whatever penguins want to get out can go, waddle about, squawk at people, and then hop back inside.

I mean. Days after the killing, he is still carrying around the weapon and a handwritten manifesto in his backpack? A 3d printed weapon, which he could have melted down and destroyed, or thrown into the Hudson River, because the thing about 3d printed guns is that unlike standard manufactured guns, it's really hard to identify who printed them? When his bag was searched out of anyone's sight, hours after his arrest? By a notoriously corrupt police district under pressure to make an arrest?

I’ll add in the fact (aka not fanfiction) that in the Turbo movie scripts, Tommy was scripted to go swimming specifically for Kimberly,even saying her name (which he did several times in the film, even without acknowledging Jason - like when Kim and Jason took a dip in the pit,

or how as soon as they go evil, Tommy rushes over to Kimberly, not even thinking about Jason, who, physically, was a more serious threat and kicked his then girlfirend’s ass.. The camera stayed focus on Kim’s rampage, and Tommy trying to fight his way back to stop her. Even when he and Kimberly are trying to hold onto Jason, he looks at her and asks her if she’s still evil like Jason. The swimming scene likely would’ve been kept (as it was) had Nakia and her stunt double knew how to swim. Still one has to wonder why they’d have Tommy going for Kimberly’s dummy, while Tanya goes for Jason’s. I mean beyond the most obvious reasons. Even how when the rangers were exiting the temple (in the same scripts), Tommy throws a look back at Kim, and she tell’s him not to worry, she’d look out for everyone. To just go (Jason hadn’t even been freed from his spell at this point - he was put in a cage).

I actually re-watched that episode and I’m like “This came out of nowhere!”
